It depends what account you play on e.g. If you play on the modded account games lower than Mw3, you should be in a lower case ban but if you play games above that such as Black ops 2 You would be banned within mins and can get your other account banned to if your logging on your other account at the same time. All i can say is be careful and try to play games as you would on an ofw Ps3.

You can get banned for all the stuff.
you only need to go online with a CFW and use a homebrew or play,
and you will get banned. But it's a little bit luck and what games your'e playing.
I think in BF they gonna ban you.

just be carful on what you play on with both accounts because my friend did the same thing and he got banned because he forgot he auto signed in his modded one and with all the mods and he got banned within 10 minutes
