What is different between DEX and CEX ?? what does RTE mean ?

CEX is a finished Console type that you can buy in a market.
DEX is a Console type that only developer getting.
If you want DEX & RTE I gonna say use the Rebug 4.21.2
you can easily switch between DEX & CEX on Rebug.
ohh and RTE mean Real Time Editing.
