Qa Flag is Not entable on rex?

U only use the 999 downgrader if u do not have Qa Enabled 4 me it does not show but if u enabled it on 3.55 then ur good. if u had it on b4 u can just install 3.55.2 rebug rex on top of 4.21.1.

u know when u got 2 netwrok settings and press the L1 + R1 + L2 + R2 + L3 + Down on D-Pad combo and if u get debug setting and eddy viewer u have Qa Enabled then.
