(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); There's guys going around on the internet stating they can downgrade someone's firmware from 4.30 to 3.55 using E3 flasher by using remote play without having physical access to the PS3. Sounds like a scam to me but what to you guys think?

e3 flasher is installed on the ps3 mother board

It not possible only way is E3 flasher by the method above.
