If you have an OFW you could find out the Console ID of that PS3 and then use it on your Rogero PS3 using PSIDPatch

If you do stupid stuff like Black Ops 2 mods then yes.

I've been doing MW3 mods for months and I've been fine.

This is the way to get back online on your banned CFW.
