Either it is a problem with the debug settings which means you or somebody messed with them or a problem with your internet setting/router problems.

DNS is a wireless error. Reset your settings or simply do a router reboot should fix it.

I can go online like the web just can't sign in wtf?

try resetting up ur internet on ps3 use easy an it might do it

Same problem. I am on debug 4.21 Ps3ita and I get the error code 8071053D. I have not signed into PSN since ive went to DEX.
In the debug setting would there be any certain thing causing this error?

Possibly yes, you have spoofed your PSID to CEX right? DEX CANNOT connect to PSN without being spoofed as CEX.
To spoof it install the Rebug Toolbox, then go to the right most column, then at the bottom it should something like Spoof PSID, select the second option which should be CEX. Then try logging in.

If you are 4.21.2 using the DEX LV2 kernel then try my fix above^
