I can play mw2 on my OFW 4.31 ps3 with the hacks but I can't play mw3

on 4.31 try delete the PS Store app data and re download it. For MW3 make sure you haven't got a modded EBOOT.BIN in the MW3 patch folder as it wont boot on OFW.

Just deleted mw3 game data utility and it works fine now but with no hacks.

And where do I download ps home app from bud

go to the store on XMB press triangle and delete. The only games you can transfer is COD4, W@W MW2 and Black ops 1 Zombies patch. That is it for Call of duty on OFW. there rest need run on CFW Mw3,BO II.. the thread you get it should also state this so look out for it ^^

Make Sure Your not on bypass.
