You can accomplish some money by selling your broke one.

its the first slim, 160gb just wont read discs... how much would it go for?

Well for starters, there's lots of stuff you can do with 2 ps3's lol. Like boost for trophies, have one on OFW and another on CFW, have 2 things running at the same time of course and I guess have a ps3 in whatever part of the house you want, really, you can do just about anything you can think of, I have 320GB ps3 with a broken discdrive and it's plenty useful for all my digital media and games, very handy.

Use the one with the broken Blue Ray Drive for Netflix.

Sell the broke one and if you really, really want to get a JB PS3, buy a used one from eBay.

Use one to play games on & the other one for extra memory?
