I perfer Kmeaw but then again, I only use it to test patches for Call of Duty.

Can you test patches by using Rebug firmware aswell?
Im curious on which firmware to get aswell

You probably could but if your going to be doing what I do, might as well stay at 3.55 and use Kmeaw or Geohot's Custom Firmware.

Yes, you can. He probably means that he only uses his CFW PS3 to test patches.

I have Rogero 4.30 v2.05 can I go online and make a account and sync trophies without getting banned?

Yes, you could but, there's always a risk. Just be smart & go offline soon as you're done syncing the trophies.
