hello TS,

1. Nothing give a CFW from Rogero called 4.31
2. you need a Official Firmeware (OFW) 3.55 and must Jailbreak on Custom Firmeware (CFW) Rogero 4.30 v2.05

It gives many sites and videos about it.

Then u need Multiman 04.20.00
