if your using geohot then you will be on 3.55 so a high chance if you sign in to PSN, but NEVER use homebrew while signed in and stay away from games like black ops 2 and you will have less chance of being banned.

I have two ps3 my jail broken will never go online.

If you're data transferring to 4.31 OFW and modding games like mw2 you will have a very low % of being banned.

Any mods you host on your ofw PS3 you will not get ban unless a sony moderator catches you which I dont think will happen. If your using CFW make sure u dont use homebrew online or do any dumb shit online to do with pirated games and so on. What I'm not really sure about though is the CFW trophy syncing Idk if thats confirmed safe. If anyone can guide me on this please quote below thanks.

ive been online since rebug 3.21 has been out. never used mw3 or bo2. never use homebrew while online nor modded comment.
