i can't resign my save game i have asked one and he says to me i must find console id and put it in global.conf

Just use PS3 Save Resigner by K.G. 971, don't need no console id's, that tool you're using is probably a console id scraper, all you need for the one I said is a params.sfo and some information from the wiki.
