It is, but there is a HIGH risk of being console/account banned! Make sure to use PSID Patcher and DO NOT use homebrew while signed in! Also, do not go on Black Ops II or MW3 (though not as risky). Just some advice! Smile

dont play mw3 and bo2 and bo1
dont use zombiekillah updates and dont be online with hembrews like ftp server multiman and more...
