NO! OFW PS3s CANNOT run pseudo-Debug Eboots. They will NOT run, it is the exact same reason why you need to stay on CFW for homebrew to work. It will just give an error upon trying to start the game.

No, it will not work. Since you cannot even data transfer eboots over to your OFW, backups are basically the same thing. So, it will not work. Eboots and homebrew only run on CFW, not OFW.
