I'm pretty sure you are banned. Your console is not bricked.

3 questions ,

1)how can i get another console id ?
2)can i still data transfer?
3)do you think i should switch to DEX?

only way to get an id is to get it from another cfw console, or Lv1-lv2 dumps
As for data transfer. MAYBE (ive never tryed)
switching to dex wont unban you. all dex does it let you RTE

Yes you can data transfer. You can get a console I'd from another ps3. I am not the right person to answer the DEX question sorry.

i know it wont unban me ( i wish it would tho :( ) i just wanted to know cause it seems really cool, and if i data transfer will it ban my ofw ps3 ?
