(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hi everybody. I have a PS3 with CFW 4.21 DEX spoofed to 4.31 and my BD drive is broken so it can't read any Blu-Ray disc. I tried to start from internal HDD Call of Duty WaW (from the folder GAMES with MultiMan.. is this right or wrong?) but it just black screens.
I read about the BDemu and I tried with it but it just doesn't work.

Suggestions?

Unfortunately some backups require a disc inserted to be played.
Have you tried setting access permissions?

While in multiman, press triangle on the backup and the option should be there.
Rarely it is required to be activated for the game to work, but you can give it a try.

In theory BDEmu should simulate my BD, I just don't get why it doesn't work

Maybe there's an updated version of BDEmu you can use.
Otherwise, sorry, I don't know what else to do.

if you have a spare usb stick you can fully emulate the disc icon on the xmb with rebug 4.21 dex it shows the usb as a ps3 disc icon on the xmb how you can launch all backups go here and follow this tut and youll be set bro : You must login or register to view this content.

EDIT: i would honestly say i get better compatability with the emulated disc icon on rebug dex, i have game that wont physically launch on rogero 4.30 with a real disc but launch flawlessly on 4.21 dex :\ who knows but ye just a heads up

Well, I tried and did everything on the guide, but when I start the game it black screens.. Are you able to start Call of Duty World at War with this method? Maybe it's just this game.. I'll try with others asap.
