so yeah iam desperate and i don't want to flash custom firmware cause i have 1% knowledge in that matter

u canot get ur acount details with a customfirm ware ps3 u need 2 remember them
the only thing u can do is call them or click forgot password i hope i helpd

You can recover your password on a CFW PS3 if you had the "Remember Password" box checked.
Sorry for your loss OP. I hope you can somehow get your account back.

if you are on cfw you can get a file..inside of the file (need decrypt this file) you can get your email and passwort..
