(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok, I'm looking to buy a 3.55 ps3 for a as I currently own a > 4.30 OFW ps3 Slim 3K (So no E3 Flasher for me!) I was wondering if I was to purchase a ps3 in "For parts or not working" if it would be worth it to try and fix it what needs fixing. (Perhaps a new motherboard on 3.55)?

Just buy a 3.55. If you buy a broken PS3, you may not be able to fix it.

He could always buy a jailbreak and sell his OFW once he's about to get the PS4.
