You need a spoofer or something, I am not to smart when it comes to current day Jailbreaking. But you need to install something to get Data xfering to work again.

Your CFW ps3 might be spoofed to 9.99 which will not let u data transfer to your OFW 4.31!
Your not able to data transfer from a higher version ps3 to a lower ps3. Just check what your system version is in system settings.
