4.xx cfw has alot of advantages and for an average user next to no disadvantages as far as installing goes just disable any spoofers then toggle qa using rebug tool box or the toggle qa.pkg then update via xmb or recovery (tbh most tuts say xmb) you can get rebug cfw here You must login or register to view this content. and you can get rogeros latest cfw here You must login or register to view this content.

So, do I need both files or just one?

My opinion is : yes I think you should update it , it is worth it , :-). That's my opinion but its your choice

So is it all i gotta do is download Rogero 4.30 v2.05, ToggleQA the install the updat.pup?
Also, what are the advantages of upgrading?

yeah install toggle qa pkg run it then check toggle qa has worked with the button combo, then install the update as per usual PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP via xmb , so far the only disadvantages ive come across are the fact that certain files can only be genrated on 3.55 i.e react psn cannot generate raps for you to use instead you must do them on the pc which is relatively easy, but other than that as i said for an average user its picture pefect you put a game in and hey what do you know it actually works LOL no errors nothing

well if ya dont like cfw430 just downgrade back to 3.55 should try it though

I put my ps3 in QA And Button Combo, im getting a data is corrupted (8002f157) error when trying to update???

If your going to update from 3.55 CFW go to 4.21.1 rebug, its one of the best
