u can't downgrade ur ps3 4.31 to 3.55. all what u see in youtube is fake ... so need E3 FLASHER

You either need a 3.55 ps3 to jailbreak or an e3 flasher. Get one off eBay

if you're a noob as you are claiming than stay away from using an e3 flasher. Buying a 3.55 is the best option for you.
