Post: PS3 won't boot after E3 Flasher installation

Ok so first of all i will say sory for my bad english im from Belgium.
Well , like each of you on the forum I luv Jailbroken ps3's to host challenge lobby's etc. now in the old times i hacked my ps3
it was realy easy ! just downloading a jailbreak and done. now i had to buy a second ps3 FAT CECHK I did the downgrade checker i can downgrade it. and its a NOR flash so i bought an E3 flasher It toke me ages to get it over here.
I did watched christech's installation tutorial , i did watched like 15 tutorials how to install the E3 flasher. ok everything work till i try to boot up my ps3 all lights on the E3 turns on. blue , green , red than I receive an error on my screen that say's ' ps3 cannot start no hard disk found ' but when i remove the card from my hard disk space and plug the Esata cable in i can reach the XMB menu.
everyone say the same words. bad installation , check the NOR clip check this check this , but if the NOR chip was not correctly clipped on it , how can i get power on my E3? everything is good installed the SATA cable is in the e sata station but when my ps3 try to boot with the E3 , the red data light on the sata station wont light up. but when i remove it it does? so I realy don't know anymore what to do maybe is my E3 flasher broken? I already checked if its not a fake E3 but its not fake. please help me getting out of this problem !:cry:

Thank you for your possible answer i think this would be the problem cause with the E3 flasher it looks like there is no contact with the dock and E3, ( no red data light ) but without the E3 flasher my data lights lights good , thanks you 100x im going to test it !

ok I tried but still not working , im going to check out if the control card have a good connection with the E3 card that is inside the hard disk space cause the control card can't go completely in the other card
