i just did data transfer for my 3.55 spoof to 4.31 to a 4.40 so you can do

If you want to data transfer TO ofw, first deactivate the account on ofw because it will format the ps3.
Then reactivate after transferring.

thanks that what i thought... i can't de-activate the acc's because if a upgrade my ofw to 4.40 .i won't be able to data tranfer cause im on rogero 4.31 cfw and i check Tortuga cove and rogero hasn't released a update or spoofer for 4.40...the waiting game begins.........

we are in the same boat we can not sign in to deactivate so we are looking for a spoofer for 4.40
