But since the 4.40 update there's no spoofer for it yet and I'm not sure how I can get it to 4.30 Rogero's(Or just any newer Rogero 4.xx CFW). But anyway, I don't really have enough money to own 2 PS3's because I'm going to sell my current one and that's why I'd like to know,
-How can I prevent being banned?
-Some times I see people using that hacked comment mod, what's the chance of being banned using that?
-Is modding on GTA IV safe enough? I'm not going to mod on any newer games.
-Can I play online using 4.30 Rogero's? If yes, could anyone send me an tut for how to install it? I don't want to take the risk to brick the PS3 because I don't know if it's possible to update from 3.55 CFW or just only 3.55 OFW..
-How can I prevent getting the YLOD? I'm sure the PS3 has enough space to ventilate because my PS3 never overheated or reached an extreme heat.

1. I don't think there is really anyway of preventing being banned, but there are tutorials on how to unban yourself.

2. I don't think a modded comment would sent off too many red flags, but why risk that? theyre not worth it.

3. I've been modding online on GTA4 for a while now and never been banned. But it's sort of a hit and miss is what i've been told.

4. No, i'm pretty sure you can't play online on 4.30 Rogeros, because that is not the firmware used for online playing, but new spoofers seem to be coming out all the time. I've been modding my ps3 for close to two years now, and its never bricked or anything so just be careful.

5. I've had my jailbroken ps3 for 2 years and my regular one for like 5 and neither have YLOD so it all depends on luck, and how old the ps3 is since that seems to be the main cause of why ps3's YLOD.

6. How much are you planning on spending to buy this jailbroken ps3? Just curios

I've had modded comment forever and haven't got banned. Thee best way not to get banned is not opening homebrew when you're signed in to PSN, not modding newer games.

I'm planning to pay 150-200 for one, but.I'm going to sell my current one. And I've heard REBUG'S 4.31.2 (or one of the latest) has an 4.40 spoofer

No problem. I like having 2 so i don't have to worry about that stuff. My is 3.55 with a spoofer up to 4.31, but i havent had a chance to look for a 4.40 spoofer. Good luck with it.

I would get QA Flag your consloe so you can downgrade to 3.41 then to 3.55 then get a cfw on 4.40
