Wait. Is your ps3 banned? lol. If its banned no matter what firmware your on your ps3 will be banned. And If its not banned. Then using a higher CFW will reduce the risk of getting banned.

You can't RTM on Rogero.

Updating to 4.30 will allow you to play new releases compared to 3.55 (even if it's just offline)
