Run Homebrew Offline. If you run it online there is a possible chance your ps3 will be banned. Also don't mod games that are new because there banning system is more strict to cheating. Like Black Ops 2 etc. These are the only ways I know how to avoid it

Matter of hours if you're lucky, mw3/bo2 are like taking a JTAG online. Stop trying.

If you want to RTE newer games make sure to sign out and disable your internet connection. After you are done delete the game data and enable your connection and sign back in. You should be safe if you only RTE older game when your signed it.
