I have one that was jailbroken and for christmas I got a another ps3. So I got this:
1) Jaibreakable PS3
2) Regular PS3
3) (Ethernet Cable to Transfer data)
I know I need a e3 flasher but Do I need the Limited Edition and what else a downgrade dongle? Like the e3 reader?
Help please anyone first one that answers that is helpful You can be in all my lobbies I will be hosting.

im not try to help for join lobbys but you dont need the limited edition..only if you want use your ps3 on dulboot..or you want use more then 1 hdd for quick swapping..need a nor chip on your ps3...alt fats dont work and the newer slims dont work to....and need a dongle with a jig file for fsm...

Im gonna use the older ps3 that I thought would work is the old genaration of the slim That I had On CFW So I thought from 4.40 I could just go back to 3.55 or lower. Would that work I would use the new PS3 To just play as the unmodded console

You must login or register to view this content. if your system matches on that list of being able to downgrade than E3 flasher will work, if it is one of the models that came out after 01/2011 then as far as i know you cant downgrade it

This guide was great for me, I have a NOR ps3 but it gives a link to a NAND guide as well. I trust his suggestion towards the other guide since his guide got my ps3 on CFW.
