Hello,

it is a chipset you can put in your playstation 3 system (open console and put in) can allow you to downgrade your firmware. When your firmware is downgraded, you can use some hacking programs.

(sorry if my english isn't well .. ^^)

With E3 you can downgrade your +3.56 firmware ps3 back to 3.55, where you you can install CFW's etc.
