I came across this forum one time where it said something about me being able to resign it myself? What does that mean, that I can resign it to support CFW 4.40? If so, how would I do that?

P.S. Can someone give me a thorough explanation of what PSNinja is? I have a guess but I would like to have a complete understanding of what it is, thanks in advance everyone!
