Its the the new ps3 the very thin one
And is running 4.40 ?
is there a way to jailbreak it?

There is no way to jailbreak after the 3.55 update.

You can if you buy the e3 flasher and downgrade

But no you can't jailbreak your PS3 on 4.40.
You could downgrade depending on your PS3's model
But since you have the super slim, you can't downgrade.
