You need to convert to CEX>QA flag>3.55 downgrader>3.55.4 REBUG(on rebug.me)>convert to DEX using Rebug Toolbox or multiman manager>4.21 ITA

if you have your original CEX-FLASH.EID0.NORBIN(check your c2d folder) its simple: downgrade using "999downgrader DEX" download install and start "multiman v4.10 CEX" press start and select and enter root mode then put your original CEX-FLASH.EID0.NORBIN on usb drive and put it in the usb port on the right side of the ps3 then navigate to it in multiman then keep pressing x on the CEX-FLASH.EID0.NORBIN through the questions now your on your old CEX and should be able to update if not use condor updater pkg..
