You cant jailbreak a PS3 on 4.20 . You cant buy a E3 flasher and downgrade, but you have to take apart your PS3 to do that.

Depending on your model. If it's a super slim or a 3k slim, it can't be downgraded. If it's a 25xx slim, it might be downgraded, if it's a 20xx or a 21xx, it can be downgraded.
