there isnt a jailbreak for 4.40 ofw u need to be on a cfw or downgrade with a e3 flasher

Not all models can be downgraded, which model do you have?

If you have a 3k or 4k, you're SOL.

It's a chip that you have to install inside your PS3 to be able to downgrade.
