I think u can just go on multiman and it will tell you your console id. for (CFW users only)
If your on OFW (Your console ID cannot be found at the moment)

There is no way no more, wireshark is patched and there is no other method right now.

im on 4.41 ofw now.

You can't find your consoleid on OFW atm
