You're better off updating to 4.xx CFW.

For one, you could put in a game and it'll work without an eboot fix. Also, you could go online if you want to (you'll probably get banned though). 4.xx CFWs get more support than 3.55 CFWs. now and days.
The best CFWs are Rebug 4.30 REX, Rebug 4.41 LITE, and Rogero 4.40 CEX. Rebug 4.30 REX is definitely the best if you're into RTEing and debug features like I am Rebug 4.41 LITE and Rogero 4.40 CEX are just your basic CFWs. However, I would recommend Rebug over Rogero. Rogero isn't bad, I just think Rebug is better.

I totally agree with @SnD_Boosters

Rebug 4.41.1 is still less than 24h old, so I would hold off a little just to make sure everything is working fine. But as @SnD_Boosters, Rebug is the way to go.
