Maybe look at the *PlaystationNetwork Content in pakage manager?
Also what rebug firmware you on?

This is all assumed on the basis of you being on 4.30.x with the "Rebug Update v.2 for 4.30.x.pkg" installed. For the spoofer to work, load up the Rebug Toolbox(installable from the hard disk) then load up "Rebug Mode." This will change the system version to 4.41.

That work but when I load it still freezes am I suspose to turn it back off?

The game freezes? One solution might to update BLOPS through MultiMan, just load MM hover over the game then pressing triangle and update game. See if it loads then.

Nvm got it working it was a hacked trophie that stopped it from updating
