I was on PS3 ita 4.21 dex and installed the cex.norbin in multiman.
after install i turn my ps3 off.
then i got a semi brick. i tried to fix it with my e3 dongle, cobra dongle and jb dongle but when i press start, eject it loads one minute and then my ps3 beeps 5 times and it turns off .

can any one help me to fix it and how ?

that is not a semi brick my friend, that is a perm brick, only fix is to flash your CEX flash with a e3 flasher same thing happened to me

thats not right..its a software brick..he need to join fsm via lv2diag of jaicrab..then install a cfw 3.55 with lv2 patch..thats all..

Can you access the Recovery Menu?

On rebug i can fix it but im on ita... i cant enter fsm and recovery mode... but i fix it with my e3...
