Hmm that looks like a big problem you probably put the e3 flasher on wrong so it's messed up with the system so really I don't know what the problem is here it was probably best for you to hand your Ps3 over to someone at a store that knows about the insides and other stuff with the Ps3 and see if he could have installed the e3 flasher for you

No everything is installed correctly but i think the files i used to flash were corrupted thats all
