Also I've tried the spoofer and changed the PS3ID to EID5 84 and still nothing.

You have to CHANGE ACTIVE PS3ID to EID5 inside Rebug Toolbox.

I thought I did that but apparently not, so I did what you said and I'm not getting ther error code anymore and it says my sign info is wrong, but its not because I can sign in on my OFW fine.

Double check your username and password. Are you spoofed to 4.41?

When I try recovering or creating I get error 8071053D

Yup my info is all right and redid the spoofer. And if rebug modes not on I get the original error from my 1st post.

You must be mistyping your username and/or password. Try typing them again from scratch if they are saved.

it may be something to do with your target id which tutorial did you use?

Nope still incorrect and its like that for all the 8 accounts I have on this ps3
