for instance , there's this file in my internal HDD ( 30+ gig ) and I want to make a back-up for it but I'll just put it in my internal HDD , the same drive where the file that I want to back up with is located . so I copied it and pasted it in another location in the internal HDD . will it be okay if I do this ? since I only know what would happen if someone copies a file from internal HDD to external HDD ( and vice versa ) but copying a file and pasting it in the same drive , I don't know .
