(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i just truned on my ps3 4.21.2 DEX was going to do RTE and i woudnt connect to target manager ?
then i went to system setting in Rebug tool box and it said IP address is not available?
any help
?

Make sure it is plugged in properly into your router.

Try rebooting ur internet
