You won't be able to connect to PSN if you're not spoofed to the latest version, unless you're using a 4.41 CFW.

There's always a risk of getting banned if you connect to PSN on CFW no matter what CFW you're using and no matter whether you're spoofed or not.

When going on online on a CFW there is always a chance of getting banned no matter what your on or what you do you just gotta be careful on what you're do on your CFW when your online
#1 NEVER EVER use homebrew apps when online
#2 Don't mod the latest games online or if you think you're going to get banned modding them
#3 Make sure you know what your doing when modding games when online on a CFW
#4 If you think you are going to get banned modding games or any other shit just don't do it

And don't install update pkg install original update

been playing latest games online, couple weeks sometimes before release date, for a good 6 months+ now, and no ban.
