But when I put the USB in to install rebug it says corrupt and the same if I try 3.55 downgrader, now I'm guessing its cos I need to put my ps3 as CEX before I can do it but I don't have a clue how to put ps3ita into CEX it's not as easy as rebug.

Any help would be great cheers.

then you be on rebug rex and then change to cex and then downgrade to 3.55 cex or install any fw u want

I fixed mine whipeeeeee i just kept trying the dex downgrader
