I assume you're talking about Rogero's Toolbox that's available under app_hom/ps3_game.

This is not available on Rebug CFW. You have to install dean's IPF to access stealthMAN on Rebug CFW.

Tbh, I wouldn't bother using stealthMAN because I don't believe it makes any difference with getting banned.

Just use the normal mM.
