You have to spoof you IDPS to CEX to login to PSN. Do the following everytime you want to sign-in using DEX...
1) Download and install the newest version of the Rebug Toolbox.
2) Run the Toolbox and get to the pseudo-XMB.
3) Scroll all the way to right-most column and go all the way to the bottom where it should say something like "Spoof IDPS."
4) Change this to the "(CEX)" version that is available to you.
5) Exit the app and sign-in.
6) Enjoy!

after you set all those settings.. you need to get PSIDChanger for Dex specifically .. then get the PSID, put it in USB, and patch it manually. If you are using the most recent unban .pkg just PM him the creator and he will send you PSID.

Yes here ill show the settings. In rebug toolbox under "Selector" I have system mode: Rebug, XMB Operation Mode
ebug, and Debug Menu Type: DEX..... Heading over to"Utilities" all the way at the buttom I have Chage Active PS3I
Use EID5: 84 (CEX).,I also have the "np" without qquotes in devug settings. And I still cant sign in tells me banned. But once I switch over to CEX im abled to.login

just get the PSID patcher for Dex 4.21 and trust me your goo to go.. youll be able to sign in
