Sounds like it is your router, phone line or firewall acting up.

I get that too every couple months... after a lightning storm or something like that.
I think you just get small surges in the lines that can mess with the router.
Just pull all the connections to the router, and the power supply... wait 5 mins... see if it corrects itself.
