(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok so i'm trying to be able to mod dead island riptide and i've gotten almost all the steps to modding the game on PS3 via me and a friend trying everything we could find online to mod it. So here is what i have so far: I use Brute Force to decrypt the file, then i place it in a Hex editor and delete the offset on the file. After that i bring the save into Dise save editor. Upon making my changes i save it and reopen the modded saves in a Hex editor and check the new offset in the COJ2-DAT folder, and change the previous offset that was in the COj2-DSC folder to the new one. Once this is completed i repack the files in Offzip PackZip. upon completion i override the save file on my PS3 (From flash drive to Playstation) and load the game. the problem entails when i reach the main menu...it says that my file has been corrupted and cannot be loaded. If you could give me any tips as to how to fix this problem it would be much appreciated. thank you ahead of time for any help you can offer me.
