I losdt the hard drive and put a new hard drive in it and now it's saying to put a 4.23+ update in but i hcan't find any 4.23 updates and i wanna stay on 4.23/4.21 updates so how can i do this?

There is no such thing as Rebug 4.23, hell there wasn't even a 4.23 OFW. Are you sure it wasn't 4.30.x?
