ok so lets suppose i bought a new ps3, then went over my friends place and bought a dlc from psn. Let's say i then came back home and data transfered between my ps3s so i ended up having the dlc even on my other console that i didn't bring over to my friend's.
Let's say i'm now playing online with my ps3 in which i transfered the dlc. If sony decides to check if that dlc was legitimately bought, there's no way they can understand what i did. If this is the case then we can play online with any cfw and any game with dlcs.
I'm sure it's not that easy to understand, but think about it. They won't be able to know if u really did buy those dlcs cause a friend of yours could have transfered those to your system.

well ive been doing this with my friends from my cfw ps3 for nearly a year now and they havnt had a ban plus the most you would probably get is a temp ban
