Can i transfer the data from the OFW PS3 to the CFW PS3?
IS there a way to do it without loosing the CFW PS3 Data on the HDD and what will happen if i can transfer the data?

yes you can transfer from OFW to CFW, but no there isnt a way to keep the data, data transfering deletes all data on the ps3 getting the new data

Will it delete my backups, pkg's, save data?

yes everything

Data transfering replaces all the data on the hard drive that's being transfered to with the the data that's being sent. You can't keep that data on the CFW PS3 without backing it up. Also, you can't transfer a PS3 that has a higher firmware to a PS3 that has a lower firmware, but you seem to be on a 4.41 CFW, or a 4.41 spoofer so you're good.
